The "Cardboard Cube ITX"

Materials: Heavy cardboard, Wood glue, Box cutter, Pen

Made 32x16 inch cardboard sheet. Made 2 cuts to allow folding on tops and two half-cuts to allow bending on bottom. Attached components and made custom holster for PSU. Holster bonded to panel with wood glue.

The component board folds up. and is a bit smaller than a 8 inch cube with folding back panel. The cube exterior is held together with wood glue.

Folded panel slides into cube and is held in place by friction. Note that PSU fan output blows on processor.

Back panel contains one hole for connectors, a second for the power supply. Note that the connector hole also acts as air intake vent.

The finished product - an 8 inch cardboard cube PC. Some black paint might make for a nice finish.
